As your Software Support Analyst I will be largely responsible for resolving technical difficulties with software implementation, functionality, and upgrades. Customers’ complaints or difficulties will be resolved, and product problem reports and troubleshooting documents are created for each issue if necessary. Software Support means that I will also collaborate with development teams to discover and fix technical issues.
